- Your items will be shipped (subject to stock availability) upon receipt, processing and validation of your order.

- The tracking number of your order will be available in the shipping email.
- Important: The delivery in 24H (working days) in pickup point or at home is available from Monday to Friday. If you ordered on Friday after 2 p.m, your package will only be delivered the next Thuesday.
- For all order related questions, feel free to contact our customer service. Our teams answer you under 24H to 48H, from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m to 6:30 p.m, and Saturday from 9 a.m to 12 p.m and from 2 p.m to 6 p.m (Central European Time, except public holidays).
- Please note that the import customs duties and the local taxes in the country of delivery are not included in our selling prices.
